Wisps of clouds flow down
from the peaks of the volcanic mountains as the sun lights
up the pineapple plantations and the greenery around Cook's
Bay. Moua Roa (we call it Mount Bali Hai) thrusts up in
the distance.
At Club Bali Hai, you are at
the heart of Cook's Bay. Swimming is good from the beach
and outrigger canoes are available for our rugged, adventurous
guests. There are many activities you can participate
in on Moorea. When you arrive, see our activities desk
for more information.
The pool bar provides light luncheon
items, salads, sandwiches, poisson-cru (a Tahitian specialty
made with fresh tuna and coconut milk) and special Bali
Hai hot dogs. Shopping and restaurants are within easy
walking distance. The Blue Pineapple is a delightful
outdoor cafe directly across the road from the Club
Bali Hai that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their
crepes are not to be missed!
