Travel Experience Consulting strongly recommends
travel insurance and offers it as a service to all clients.
Travel Experience Consulting, offering these
travel arrangements for sale, acts only as an independent agent in
securing the services of the tour operator, air carrier, cruise line,
or supplier(s) used for client's travel.
Because of its status as an independent agent,
and because it maintains no control over personnel, equipment or operations
of the travel service suppliers, this travel agency shall not be held
liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred
as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part
of the suppliers. As all monies received for travel services are forwarded
to the supplier, except for the agent's commission, Travel Experience
Consulting shall not be responsible for refund of monies not in the
agency's possession.
Because of airline deregulation, air carriers
may change fares at will. Travel Experience Consulting shall not be
held responsible for fluctuations in fares or schedule changes not
under our control.
I understand that Travel Experience Consulting
has travel insurance available for my purchase including trip cancellation,
baggage, flight, and accident insurance.
